A mini vacation and Seegmiller family Reunion

Good ol' family reunions!  We love to go and see family...after all isn't that what it's all about?!  So we always try to make time and effort to attend these reunions, especially when they are as close as St. George, UT.  It's only 2 hours away, but far enough that it's out of town!  We decided to make it a mini- vacation this year since we hadn't been anywhere for awhile.  So we booked a hotel room (priceline style) and set out to St. George area.  First thing we did is drive up towards Zion and stop and do some geocaching along the way! :)  Here some good shots of us finding some and exploring some of the Utah terrain.

We also stopped and played around the river for a little while.  It's just nice to be out in Nature sometimes!

Look at this cutie!

And This handsome hunk too!

The kids love to explore!

I love this boys smile!

Cheese!

Here's the Hotel - a really nice one - what's the first thing the kids do?  you guessed it jump all over the place!

We tried Cracker Barrel for the first time.  The kids loved it.  We ended up going back a second time while we were there.

Daddy/Daughter :)

They even have these cool old fashion games on the table to play.

The Main Event - The reunion!
Everyone who organized these always does such a nice job!  I'm really impressed! They had games to play, things to make, coloring, wii (Andrew was really impressed with that one!) Someone to take pictures, and lots of time for visiting and of course good food! :) Heres a few of the pics I took:

Kevin and Jo

All the siblings and spouses that were there.  Jeff's mom and dad are on the left.

Benjamin and Brittany   (kevin's kids)

Bryant looks like he's trying to figure out where to go or what to do?

Grandpa's telling stories

Beautiful Rhoda (Jeff's mom)

Piano fun.

Just "hanging" around Andrew

After the reunion we headed back to the hotel for the night and swam - they had a great pool and the weather was great - and they also had a spa too (the kids favorite things to do at a hotel)
Sunday, we got up and went to church, then we headed out and about to do some geocaching (keeping it low-key for the Sabbath) I love this picture of my family. This was a cool cache too.

We also went back to Cracker Barrel for dinner that night... Rachel loved getting hot chocolate

And playing BIG checkers with Dad on the rocking chairs out front! :)

I wonder whose winning?

To finish up our night/stay in St. George we headed out to the temple to walk around.

And of course run up and down the stairs!  and hug your mom!

some fun night/instagram pics
Our hotel

We stopped back by the visitors center because it wasn't open when we went by Sunday night and the kids wanted to go in.  I love this picture of the kids with the Christus.

Back to Vegas and a cache on the way home!
