To start Andrew's birthday out right I scheduled dentist appointments for all four kids.. not really, it just happened that way. Andrew let me know it was kind of lame to go to the dentist on his birthday... then again he lets me know a lot of the things I do are kind of lame.. hmm teenager much??? So check ups, all the kids had some kind of cavity..Small or big. some to just watch and some we needed to fill... yay, more money. If I didn't love my kids dentist.. he's great and my kids always want to go to the dentist. And get this, Eric has an extra tooth... yes above his permenant two front teeth, there is another tooth they saw on the x-ray Werid right? Apparently it is common in about 2-4 percent of people Great.. so we have to get that evaluated by an orthodontist and probably taken out by an oral surgeon... :) So much fun..But then it could be just fine and never move or cause any problem.. we just don't know...Anywho....
Sooooo. Yes, we do have a teenager now. Andrew had his birthday yesterday. This is a very strange thing for me to comprehend. I remember being 13.. it still seems like it was about 10 years ago.. Well this birthday boy wanted to play lazer tag for his birthday with a couple friends. So that's what we did. Headed up to King Putt. Two games of laser tag and some arcade games to boot. I think they had fun. Then, to spend more money on said teenager.. We went out to dinner as is our family tradition on birthdays...Andrew picked Chili's this year. and he was pleased with his dinner.. Buffalo chicken crispers.. and some bites of my pasta. Then back home to have cake and open presents. This year a airsoft gun he has been wanting for awhile....like 2 years.
So, a few facts about Andrew right now.,,, He loves minecraft, Studio C, watching youtube, camping, scouts, and hanging out with his friends. He plays french horn, trumpet, and piano. He complains about most things because he is enitled - or just a teenager. But he is a good kid, who continually tries hard and wants to please. I love spending one o one time and having some good talks with him. He is a smart boy, who has a hard time focusing and wants to do his best. Happy birthday Andrew, We love you.
