Okay, so when we got to My mom's house Bryant loved it soo much he requested that we stay there 7 days and then go to the cabin for 7 days. Well, I adjusted our schedule a bit and we did 6 and 6. Worked out perfectly! So, after almost a week at mom's we spent the morning at a renaissance fair in Lakeside and then headed up to the cabin finally. The fair was fun. It was small and didn't have a ton of stuff, but was fun to walk around and look at all the costumes, etc. and the entertainment was pretty fun as well. There was a group when we first got there that was 3 guys and a bunch of drums...Hilarious and awesome drumming and percussion.
Then, since we came on the first morning the kids were not only free but they had the opportunity to collect signatures from each booth and when they collected all the signatures they recieved a pirate pouch with gold coins inside. And the could spend the gold coins at all the booths. They were able to pick some fun things at all the booths. Well worth the time and more than made up for my admission fee. :) Then we got some lunch and headed back to grandmas and packed up for the cabin. :)
After a quick trip and a fill up of gas we made it to Greer just before 4 p.m. We had neighbors there at the Kestersons across the way. 3 kids to play with. The first thing they do... horseshoes! :) After unpacking and setting up a few things we headed into Springerville to get some groceries. Yay for being at the Cabin!
