We've been playing around with some friends lately, at the park, or bounce place. So here's some fun pictures. The first is at Acacia Park. My friend Natalie had an 'Art in the Park' play day. It was great - she is so creative - the kids made thes pictures of fruit that were painted with jello, so they smelled like the fruit you painted. Then they played in the splash pad and ate popscicles - too much fun! :)
Can you find Rachel, Eric, and Andrew?
Here'e Eric climbing the wall (for the umpteenthtime) at bounce u, and next is Rachel - down one of the many slides....
I wonder why they love this place?
Andrew loved playing air hockey.....
Rachel has a dance recital coming up - June 2nd for anyone wanting to come. They had picture day yesterday - She's very bright this year! :) And soo cute!
Can you find Rachel, Eric, and Andrew?Wednesday was the one year anniversary of my dad's passing. We decided to celebrate his life. First, we visited his grave and brought him some nice flowers. and enjoyed the planes that flew overhead. He really is buried in a nice place.. there is an small airport next to the cemetary and there are fun small planes always flying over or people jumping out of planes and parachuting down -which is very cool to watch....
After we visited dad, we went to the really nice veteran's memorial park next door and had a bbq in his honor. I grilled up some steak and burgers - and we had yummy eats and the kids played at the beautiful park and the weather was soo nice. Then we set off some balloons - to send to grandpa... in his memory. It was such a nice evening, we talked of memories and enjoyed being together. Mom and Ellyn joined Jeff and I and the kids. We sure miss you dad. I'm so grateful to know I'll see him again someday.
yummy, yummy!
Bryant looooovvvveeeess balloons - can you tell? He wanted them sooo bad...He's getting soooo big!
